UX Audit on Savi’s Platform
Developed and executed a holistic UX evaluation of Savi’s product experience, merging qualitative user feedback with professional expertise to pinpoint gaps in usability and visual design. The resulting insights surfaced key opportunities for improved usability, feature expansion, and overall design cohesion.

Designed and owned in-app feedback feature for Home Depot’s Hubspace mobile app — from initial concept creation to actualized UI implementation. Design efforts were centered around re-directing user feedback from app store reviews directly to developers.
