The full analysis of my UX audit and subsequent re-design is currently in-progress. In the meantime, please check out my brief summary of Savi, the audit, and my other portfolio work.
Summary of UX Audit Intent
The purpose of this review is to identify gaps in Savi’s user experience by combining direct feedback from users with my own UX expertise and industry knowledge. The findings are not prescriptive recommendations but rather observations intended to clarify where confusion or drop-off may occur and why. Given the broad scope of this audit, it highlights both missing features that could enhance the experience and existing UI flows that may benefit from improved navigation, visual consistency, or other design refinements.
The audit will contain 3 phases:
Phase 1: User Feedback Analysis
This phase will analyze direct user feedback collected throughout Q3. Sources include Trustpilot reviews gathered in our new review center, responses from the NTS survey, analysis of over 250 live chat transcripts, and two in-depth interviews with highly engaged Savi users. Patterns and recurring themes from this feedback will be synthesized into a concise set of key user insights.
Phase 2: UX Evaluation
In this phase, I will conduct a direct analysis of the tool using my background in user experience and UI design to identify naturally occurring points of friction. The goal is to surface smaller usability or design issues that may not be explicitly reported by users but could still contribute to confusion or inefficiency within the experience.
Phase 3: Recommendations and Next Steps
The final phase will summarize actionable recommendations based on the combined findings. These may range from specific UI adjustments to broader opportunities for improvement across the tool.
